THE HISTORY of the Morelli vinegar factory dates back to 1939, when Morelli Antonio began to collect precious barrels that his son Pellegrino inherited, who thanks to his intuition and his determination founded a company dedicated to enhancing the taste of this "noble liquid diamond" . In the following years, the sons Adele, Augusta and Carlo believed in further company growth by bringing their precious product out of the region. Subsequently their children Vincenzina, Maria Rita, Emanuele, Diana, Danny and Gabriella with constant commitment further expanded the project to make the company recognizable nationally and internationally.
