The Franciacorta "Alma Grande Cuvée not dosed" Bellavista is one of the most interesting labels of the famous house sparkling wines of Franciacorta. It is a cuvée created with the best batches of Chardonnay from the estate, supplemented by a small percentage of Pinot Noir. It is a Classic Method of great expressive refinement suitable for those who appreciate the clear purity of the Pas Dosé, essential, linear and deep. The profile is tense and fresh, with floral notes, citrus, fruity hints and a pleasantly mineral finish.

The Dosage Zero "Alma Grande Cuvée" by Bellavista is a Franciacorta born from the desire to create a Classic Method with a fresh and elegant style. It is a non-vintage product created with a selection of about 80 base wines to which 9 vintages of reserve wines are added, to make the cuvée more harmonious and balanced. At the end of the vinification of the bases and the definition of the assembly, the second fermentation takes place in the bottle with a stop on the lees for at least 30 months. In the glass it has a bright straw yellow color, crossed by a fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet expresses delicate aromas of white flowers, notes of bread crust, citrus and fruity aromas. The sip is long and savory, with a vertical development, which accompanies a persistent finish of lively freshness. It is a perfect label to be brought to the table throughout the meal with a seafood menu.
